AFC systems are not build up by an overall compact system. This is a consequence of the existing, very well developed infrastructure of the companies. Common are account and customer management systems (CRM), which have to be interfaced to AFC systems. Existing systems and adaptable solutions are to be integrated to a new overall system, which have to be subject to the requirements and the needs of the electronic products and have to be introduced step by step. By the evolutionary development the partitioning of the tasks between the systems is to be redefined. The requirement catalogue seizes from the front end devices on the one hand to the background systems on the other. All elements must fit together, in particular, if parts in following migration steps implement more difficult functions or handle more complex information.
